Short promotional videos that drive engagement
Creativity sells. But competition for attention is intense. I work with companies to help them create video marketing that gets their point across.
Start Me Up
Start Me Up is a program that brings STEM students to Indonesia to fast-track tech & sustainability projects.
What they needed
Start Me Up was looking for a B2C marketing campaign they could use to attract undergraduate students and recent graduates from North America and Europe.
Working on a tight budget, I storyboarded, conceptualised, scripted and produced 2 videos. The first was around the concept of “Internships without offices” to drive sales and interest in the brand. For the second video, I conceptualised, storyboarded, directed and produced a video on The Future of Work Experience.
The resulting campaign generated 29,000 web sessions and a CPA of $1.90 on Instagram and Facebook. On Facebook, the UK campaign for the video generated 343 likes, 86 comments and 38 shares over a 3 month period. On YouTube it generated 2.3K views and 4,219 impressions organically. The campaign drove a 3x growth in annual sales and attracted students from Oxford, Cambridge, Berkeley and Princeton.
